Professional Experience
Mark has extensive experience representing seriously injured people, focusing on cases of
medical malpractice, serious motor vehicle accidents, and defective products, in all New York State Courts,
especially Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts, as well as the Federal Courts, and Mediations and Arbitrations.
Mark has written essays for the Democrat & Chronicle (Rochester based newspaper) on topics related to the
rights of injured people. He is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Education Programs. He is a past officer of the
local chapter of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

District Court for the Western & Northern Districts of New York, and
the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals; member of the New York State
