Mr. Fitzsimmons practices primarily in commercial & residential real estate, real estate financing and estate planning and administration. He also handles real estate litigation issues, such as adverse possession, partitions, title disputes & other similar issues. He has represented title companies, several local and national mortgage lenders and hundreds of real estate sellers and purchasers, as well as numerous estate executors and administrators. He represents clients in the areas of collections, litigation, medicaid planning & guardianships.
